The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and the Anti-Bribery policy was developed to provide a clear guidance to all Maisoft associates and to ensure a consistent approach to business practices throughout Maisoft expanding operations.

Maisoft and each of its associates must conduct their affairs with uncompromising honesty and integrity regardless of local custom.

Maisoft respects the rights of fellow associates and third parties. Our actions are free from discrimination, libel, slander or harassment.

Each employee of Maisoft must avoid any personal activity, investment or association that could appear to interfere with good judgment concerning Maisoft's best interest.

Maisoft may not use or reveal client or vendor confidential or proprietary information to others.

When gathering competitive information, Maisoft must not violate competitors’ rights.

No Maisoft associate must take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts or any other unfair-dealing practice.

Maisoft must comply with all applicable fair competition and antitrust laws.

No funds or other assets of Maisoft may be used to make contributions to any political party of candidate, or any independent expenditures on behalf of any political party or candidate, in any country or region, even where allowed by law.

Maisoft requires honest and accurate recording and reporting of information to make responsible business decisions.

The Code of Business Conduct and Ethics applies to all Maisoft associates and its board of directors. A violation of the standards contained in the Code Conduct and Ethics will result in corrective actions, including possible dismissal.
